Returns & Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

- You are responsible for the returning shipping fee.
- Please don’t return directly to the address on the received package.
- Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.
- Please allow 2-4 business days for the processing of the returns/exchanges.
- Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
All personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If it is determined that your order was made in error on our part, damaged, or defective, we will remake your order and ship it, free of charge, or refund your account based upon your preference.
