About US Army Rings
A ring that says "This We'll Defend"
Since 1775 the U.S. Army has carried the motto "This We'll Defend." An Army ring keeps that promise close, whether you served in the infantry, armor, aviation, airborne or support, and whether you wore the uniform for four years or a full career.
Each of our U.S. Army rings is made in New York City, USA, and carries the official Army emblem or the insignia of the unit it represents.
Army ring styles
Every Army ring we make is solid back. Styles include:
- Signet rings feature a flat or slightly domed face (bezel) engraved with a family crest, monogram or personal symbol.
- Class rings that look like a high school or college class ring, with a stone at the top, sometimes with the Army emblem set on top of the stone.
- Statement rings, bold and heavier, with or without a center gemstone. Gemstones can be simulated, lab created or genuine; each product description says which.
- Bands featuring the U.S. Army emblem.
Metal choices for Army rings
Choose 0.925 sterling silver, 10K gold or 14K gold, in yellow or white gold, or two-tone: sterling silver with a 10K or 14K yellow gold emblem, or all gold mixing yellow and white gold. Every ring is stamped 925, 10K or 14K. Our guide to sterling silver vs. 10K vs. 14K gold compares their color, durability, price and care.
How to size an Army ring
Army rings are offered in men's sizes 8 to 14, including half sizes. For a size outside that range, contact us.
Because a wide, solid ring sits snugly, many people choose a half size larger than their everyday band. Measure at home with our ring size guide.
When to give an Army ring
An Army ring makes a lasting gift for basic training or West Point graduation, commissioning, a promotion, the Army Birthday on June 14, coming home from deployment or retirement. It is also a meaningful way for parents, spouses and children to honor a soldier in the family.
